WHAT WE DO

The Danville Fit Coaching staff will take you in any condition and progress you towards optimal health and fitness. Using basic fundamental and functional movements, we can mold you into the best shape of your life in a high-intensity, safe, fun and effective environment. Danville Fit Performance Based Fitness Training takes everything you know about the traditional gym scene and turns it on its head. The workouts are challenging, functional, intense and always varied to keep your mind and body constantly moving forward towards optimal health and fitness. 

Most fitness programs are focused solely on strength or endurance, whereas our specialized fitness programing is geared towards improving your capacity in all 10 recognized fitness domains: cardio/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.

You may also stop by our outdoor workout area at any time and observe the Workout Of the Day, or WOD. We offer both private, one-on-one training and small group (2-5 people) training at a variety of package options to fit any budget.
